The concept of BeBo® health training takes into account all aspects that are necessary to achieve the goal - a functional pelvic floor: that is, a healthy pelvic floor is awake, active, elastic and is in a balance between tension and letting go. The focus is not on specific techniques, but rather on information and exercises that are easy to convey. With the holistic BeBo® concept, in addition to the pelvic floor, other important muscle groups are sensitized and strengthened. The support of an understanding doctor and/or a sensitive, competent therapist who addresses individual questions is of great importance for patients.

FDM is a new and effective method for treating musculoskeletal pain. The method developed by the American emergency physician, Steven Typaldos D.O. is becoming increasingly popular. Many diseases of the locomotor system that were previously difficult to treat or heal only very slowly can significantly speed up recovery with the help of FDM. This knowledge is currently being used very successfully in elite sports (Source: https://www.ifdmo.com/de/information/was-ist-fdm).

Through years of research and clinical work, Jean-Pierre Barral, PT, DO, developed visceral manipulation, the standard method of visceral osteopathy in Europe. This concept focuses on internal organs and their connective tissue coverings, their dependent structures, and their potential impact on structural and physiological dysfunctions of the musculoskeletal system. The goals of the treatment: relaxation of the organ shells, restoration of the mobility (mobility) of the visceral sliding surfaces, improvement of the own movement (motility) of the organs, positive effect on blood circulation, innervation and organ function, release of the tension transferred through the connective tissue to the locomotor system. The techniques are successfully used in so-called "therapy-resistant pain" and chronic musculoskeletal complaints (source: https://upledger.at/barral/viszerale-manipulation/).

Manual lymphatic massage is a form of physical therapy. Their field of use is wide-ranging. It is primarily used as a therapy to reduce edema and venous congestion in edematous areas of the body such as the head and neck, trunk and limbs (arms and legs), which may occur after trauma or surgery. This therapy is especially often prescribed after tumor treatment or removal of lymph nodes. (Source: https://www.sfml.ch/content/infos-ueber-lymphdrainage/buch-tipps/)

Brian Mulligan's concept of mobilization movement (MWMS) in the limbs and Sustained Natural Apophyseal Glides (SNAGS) in the spine is the result of a long-term development process, which works by simultaneously applying the complementary technique used by the therapist and the active physiological movement generated by the patient. During Mulligan manual therapy, we use painless manual mobilization techniques, which enable pain-free movement and therapeutic load on the musculoskeletal system. Both the doctor and the patient can quickly assess its effectiveness, as it can immediately eliminate painful functional limitations. When the techniques are given, an immediate improvement in pain, range of motion and function can be observed during and after the application of the technique. If there is no immediate improvement, the technique must be modified to achieve pain-free operation or is currently not specified (source: https://mulliganconceptapp.com/allgemeine-informationen/grundsaetze-des-mulligankonzepts/?lang=de).

Dancers are the top athletes among performing artists. Their careers are short and their bodies are their only means of work. What has long been established in elite sport should also become a matter of course in dance: specialized care and treatment for dancers. I look forward to amateur or professional dancers who come to me with ongoing condition assessments (screenings, assessments), additional training (supplementary traning) and dance-specific rehabilitation.

The McKenzie Method® - Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy® (MDT) is an internationally recognized method for the diagnosis and treatment of spine and limb pain. It was developed by New Zealand physiotherapist Robin McKenzie. They have been used by professionals worldwide for more than 30 years. MDT therapists are trained to examine and diagnose all areas of the musculoskeletal system. This means that the MDT examination can also be useful in the case of spinal complaints, as well as joint or muscle problems. The MDT philosophy includes education and active patient participation. Therapists and patients worldwide trust MDT for back, neck and limb problems. This method is one of the most researched systems in the field of physiotherapy treatment methods. An important part is the initial examination - a safe and reliable way to establish an accurate diagnosis. Only then will the examiner and the patient develop a suitable treatment plan together (source: https://de.mckenzieinstitute.org/f%C3%BCr-patienten/was-ist-die-mckenzie-methode/).

Cupping is one of the oldest remedies known to mankind. Cupping stimulates blood circulation, aids in cleansing and detoxification, stimulates self-healing powers, relieves muscle tension and blockages, and relieves pain (source:https://www.acumax-kurse.ch/kurse/therapie/schr%C3%B6pftherapie).

Flossing is a compression-based mobilization method that can be integrated into many forms of therapy. Medical Flossing is preferably used for the treatment of functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system, for regeneration, after sports and accident injuries, as well as in neurology (source:https://www.medical-flossing.de/#:":text=MEDICAL%2DFLOSSING%20ist%20eine%20kompressionsbasierte,sowie%20in%20der%20Neurologie%20angewendet.).

Dr Kenzo Kase, Japanese chiropractor, inventor of kinesiology tape and founder of his own Kinesio method. When using kinesio taping, the tapes can be glued to the skin in several ways, according to the therapeutic purpose, the material has water-repellent, durable, and elastic properties. This method was originally developed to treat joint problems, but it can stimulate lymph flow and eventually treat any inflammation.
